Yeah I'd go with Tom Dwan. He is very loose, very aggressive but still manages to make so few errors. It's pretty ridic.

Cheong's preflop if anyone watched the live WSOP was very very nuts. In the highlights you see Candio, Lefrancois and others spew to him like crazy but it wasn't that reckless when you see just how relentless he is.

If there were more tv tournament footage of Viktor Blom he surely would be the most agressive (not the most succesfull though). As it stands now Durrrr has been the most agressive over all available footage seen so far.

Veldhuis. In the wsop, the big game, and even high stakes poker, the guy was aggressive nonstop.

LOL at people saying Tony G is aggressive...he just never folds preflop and randomly clicks buttons postflop, I wouldn't call that aggression.

Voted Durrrr, just because.

What about pre-2008 Gus Hansen? That dude didn't stop with the pressure. He should make the list. He has seemed to tighten and play off his image now.

I had to vote for Dwan. Nothing slows that kid down. He has game and then backup game for when his game fails.

vanessa selbst or however u spell her name.... the 6bet/call with the j-7 or whatever it was has to be one of the more aggressive(dumb) plays ever tbh...

other than her i would say nanonoko, annette etc... if by aggression you mean betting rather than raising i wouldn't even say dwan as he calls alot & checks behind vs always betting like others...

Huh? I just recently rewatched the first two seasons of HSP and Sammy is for sure not as aggressive as reading ITT suggests. Yes, there are some spots where he just gets it in real weak or with marginal draws and the likes but these mostly were when it was 30-60 BB aka Shortstack Sammy in action, the only real aggro moves were raising 54 with no equity in a 3bet-pot on A96tt I believe and raising a bare oesd multiway on the turn. He was the most aggressive in both season's lineup by a mile, yeah but he doesn't come close to Dario "what's-e checking?" Minieri or Nanonoko (little footage though). Both these guys were 3bet-happy pre and barrely post in a way that totally outaggros Sammy.
And why is durrrr mentioned that often here? I hope it's not because Gabe and Ali don't ever stop stressing it over and over again. Fwiw he's definitely more aggro than most other pros playing live but just way too c/cally, potcontrolly and also showing a relatively low c-bet% that it's a huge stretch to crown him #1. And as far as preflop aggression is concerned he doesn't compare to the guys mentioned before when looking at 3bet% and 4bet%/5bet-jams when focusing on Dario specifically, though he will 3bet/4bet light some, he'll just flat tons, both IP and OOP. What's true though is that he has the widest opening range I've seen on TV apart from maybe Party Poker Big Game IV Viffer.
Also +1 for steaming Hellmuth, fascinating to see a limpy-trappy player go berserk and just open anything, 3bet junk and at the very least double-barrel post.

Wouldn't win and only one TV appearence that I know of (lol sample size?) but Chris Oliver, runner up in 2011 PCA, was pretty mental.

Mental...yeah. Most aggressive preflop, hell yeah! Most aggressive postflop? Naaah. Instead calls down his openenders then pays off a shove with fourth pair on the river.
