in general yes, there has been too much "hating for the sake of hating" going on in the past in terms of DN. but notice that this thread is made up of a large percentage of people who admittedly are longtime fans (such as myself) and STILL think he's being annoying. dude is just trying way too hard; he's cutting people off, he's making underhanded comments thinking theyre good jokes, etc. It's more than just the standard 2+2 haters gonna hate. Daniel is seriously losing his fan base at a rapid rate based on how he behaves in these new shows.

Daniel just needs to be himself, I'm pretty sure how he's acting recently is not himself because even a lot of his 'fans' are starting to get irritated.

From what we've seen so far i'm confident the LC will have trouble getting paid off on any holdings he may have, he seems very passive in most spots, when he eventually acts up i'm sure everyone will figure out what's going on pretty quickly.

Agreed. The guy was racing cars he built that went uber fast for that time, in the era when many got killed doing it. I'm sure he got more interesting stories than the guy who spent his life gambling on one thing or another.

Lol I like DN, and understand where the haters are comin from but even a slightly douchy DN is better than a table full of boring players. For example when random amatuers on other shows with players like ivey,hellmuth,and others without DN, they just seem soo timid and the show looks pretty bleak. DN just creates a good atmosphere for these games, and I think that is why the show has been better than PAD.

Does anyone else not get Pokerstars.net The Big Game on their local cable network? I'm in the Midwest and it appears to be completely absent from the airwaves (q for Americans obv)

Since PokerStars is paying for the time, it airs on few TV stations outside of the ones owned and operated by Fox. The best place for most of the world to find it is over at pokerstars.tv or thebiggame.pokerstars.net

While Daniel doesn't quite deserve the roasting he's getting on this thread, he certainly deserves some heat. He should tone it down a bit. Either that or they should give him a bandleader, band, second banana and rename the program "The Daniel Negreanu Show".

How can anyone come on here and actually say they are a fan of DN? Have you been watching the entire big game series? A fan? Seriously???? I too , like others have said in this forum, like phil helmuth much more than daniel now. At least he is somewhat entertaining at times.
