These LC's are facking awful. Can't they at least try to get someone, of whatever demographic, who has both intelligence and personality? Is that such a rare combination these days?
I'm trying to get on the show. I've qualified for the audition video twice, as many of you are tired of hearing about. I can play, I'm not at all intimidated, but I also don't believe that I'm better than the Big Game pros. I also don't "grind harder than the Big Game pros," as one LC said.
I'm pretty bright and I welcome anyone who wants to talk tough at the poker table on TV because I won't be hurt by it, and I'll just reply softly in such a way to make the instigator look worse than he did before he said something. I also won't be distracted from the game by anything that's said.
I'll try to qualify for the audition video for the third time. Maybe the third time will be the charm? It's not easy. But it's not incredibly tough either. Qualifying just takes skill, determination, and a lot of patience.
I look at the poker table in the Big Game as a level playing field. I can communicate with anyone on any level, and I look forward to competing in the game of poker as an equal as well.
That's my verbal audition for you, PokerStars Steve (or anyone else from PokerStars). If I get on the show, I'll even give a shout out to the gang at 2+2.
