My understanding is that they didn't fail, they just weren't making money from the 24/7 re-run channel. They are still sponsoring the SHRB/cash game this year and I think producing other content that will only be available in the app.

I'm not 100% sure how they are planning to succeed without being on real TV. I knew a lot of old live regs that watched it.

I have the app on Amazon fire tv, but it no longer launches. I don't know if Amazon is still supporting the app.

I have the Roku app. I had been watching old programs a couple of times a week, but it too, isn't launching anymore. Maybe the end?

I saw an old tweet that they were doing maintenance on the app ahead of the new partnership with NBC. I guess they will relaunch the app at some point.
