This may be one of the most boring tv cash games in terms of entertainment value, but it's still a 100 times better then watching the stupid sit & go format with 6 nits...

Fish? He's REGULARLY plays The Big Game for years. Seems like anytime there's a big game mentioned, he's in on it. No way someone could continually play that high without having major chops.

In this week's run, while he certainly got hit in the head with the deck, he also made allot of big-time moves (against some of the most aggressive players in the game today, I'll add).

He seems to come off a bit of a douche, and he certainly hollywoods too much, but to call him a fish only shows ignorance on your part.

Re: Poker After Dark returns, airing on NBC Sports Network ("new" episodes air week of June 4)

The most interesting hand that I've watched so far is probably episode 74

Oppy Raises in the CO to 2.4k with A4o
Dwan calls SB with A9o

Flop 5 7 4 rainbow

Dwan leads for 4.7k
Oppy Calls

Turn 2

Check, Check

River 6

Dwan leads for about 12.2k (80% of the pot)

Oppy Tank/Calls.

I honestly thought this was a horrible call by Oppy here. I really don't understand what his though process was here. I think Dwan value bets most if not all of rivered two pairs, sets, and straights here (As we have seen in another episode when he what I assume VB his 99s into the rivered nuts of Oppy on a 10 7 5 8 9 board). I know Oppy says he is committed to calling the whole way but that just seems silly...seemed more like a 'Dwan's image is pretty bluffy so let me make a **** it call' here. This call is always negative EV, especially against Dwan's wide range on a board like that. I guess you can make some sort of argument for Oppy and the turn check limited his range to a 3 or nothing. But I do think Dwan checks the turn with mid or a bottom flopped pair for pot control...and certainly could have rivered two pairs or straights and, as I said before, VBs most of the time. Thoughts?

Meh, the call wasn't that bad. River was a good bluff card. Oppi thought Dwan was polarized and even said he didn't think Dwan would bet a 5 or 6 which is very incorrect. Durrrr easily turns small pairs into bluffs there. It was close, calling there isn't that bad. Good for future image too, 12k's a small price for them to pay.

the problem of calling with A4 is that most of dwan's bluffs beat him, because all the draws either got there or have a pair better than fours, so while this might be a good spot to bluffcatch with a 7x/88+ type hand, it's probably bad to bluffcatch with 4x

too much abc poker and too little ivey in these two weeks. feels like 3 or 4 of these guys sat down in this game after a week long bender and are just on auto pilot.

at least the 999 river b/c was something to talk about... not like any of you nits have ever made a crying call with a set.. jeez

Re: Poker After Dark returns, airing on NBC Sports Network ("new" episodes air week of June 4)

This has to have been one of the most passive cash games I have seen. The only guy that bluffed was the tightest player at the table! Oppenheim! Tom's call with 999 was terrible, Oppenheim is never bluff raising any river, he make take a stab at it with air, just make it bluff catcher and check and pay it off since we all know you are a station durrr.

And wtf is Ivey doing? goes for a 4 day stroll? like a 6 hour break from the table, and he is playing awful himself, the viffer hand a raise on the river he makes a crying call? I mean if your going to call a raise on the river why not just check call and save yourself some money and really try to pick off a bluff, like I said with durrr. This game is big to viffer I know he has played in bigger, but he is playing very passive; has played looser as the game has gone on, made that nice turn shove with 92hh, and a great check call with JJ, even if it was slightly obvious that was his plan.

The level of play here is very disappointing, i know the stakes are high and I can only dream to play at this level, but 2-5 NLH players have more of an imagination then most of these guys in this latest PAD cash game display.

I don't understand why none of these sites have all of the episodes. Did nobody in the world record them all?
