I may be wrong, but I think a felted player is permitted a one-time option to buy in for $100k, which is the least allowable. Otherwise, the player can buy in for the full amount.

What i don't understand are these websites like pokertube, pokercast.They obviously generate revenue through advertising and posting these new episodes would create a traffic spike,you would think they would try and post them before one another

Pokertube used to well on top of things when it comes to new poker episodes,but standards have definitely slipped
