OP example is bad, and I don't know those players (big caveat), but I would rank it third of these, actually. He's OOP, tens and eights are hardly clean outs, and who knows if he gets paid on spades or if villain has overs with spades. Flop crushes villain's button call range. Villain raises with Dwan still in the hand. Perfect example of power of position. I still peel and play poker, but I would have this third of these three.
