The announcers don't mention it as they are rambling on about other stuff but I was watching this and thought what the hell is going on. There is some initial confusion with the dealer for the 1st few seconds, but after that it's pure tanking.

That was the longest he spent pre-flop for sure but he took a good 30 seconds almost every time. He took that super long glance at his cards every single time.
How can people at the table not say anything? I'd point out it is his turn within the 15 second mark and after 2 minutes they would probably have to 86 me.
