Hi..so I watched Rounders the other day for the first time in a long time.

Best poker movie i thnk safe to say.. there's just so much crap out there (I remember seeing some show called Tilt.. mini series.. it was sooo bad..remember one scene where this chick goes..alright its morning I need to go triple my bank roll)

Now anyways.. got me thinking Mcdermott a talented player of course but how long do you think it would be before he goes completely bust again? Plays with his entire bankroll on a cash table and of course loses it.

Eventually wins it back and the first thing he does is head to Vegas to play the main event a huge MTT (Now this was back in what? 99?) so before the big boom but still a pretty big tournament..

His BR management doesn't seem to be the best.. so hypothetically how long would it be before he goes bust again?

He went bust the very next year. Got a job in Macdonalds. rebuilt his roll back to $350 and started shortstacking 1/2 at his local casino. There he feel in love with a beautiful dealer and they both moved to Croydon, South London, to pursue her acting career while he grinds out 2/5 at the Vic.
