How many hours have you spent playing fixed limit high low games?

The amount and depth of strategy is greater than in any Hold'em game.

But I agree that without any expert commentary it will be difficult to become accustomed to. Good job we have Bart Hanson in the booth. And I guarantee you, once they have it going with a decent frequency of shows a month, Bart will have Mark Gregorich in. He cowrote the SS2 section on Limit O8 and had a few spells on Bart's podcast.

That game almost never goes.. Zach would do a great job in the annoucers post but he would want to play! What they should do is get a 2-2 PLO game or a 5-5 game with a bigger cap, say 1000 .. then you will see more action and some players would just walk up to play it.

Just wanted to say I just found this show and I am addicted. In fact, better so far than any poker show I've seen before. The commentary is really good. I'm kinda of stuck not paying much poker these days, and this show really scratches and itch.

I only wish it streamed in higher quality, but I'm guessing that can't be helped.

I'm confident that our commentary team could pull this and any game off...If we don't know something, we're honest. If we don't have a ton of experience playing a particular game, we're honest....

That said, we can usually find someone who does.

When it comes to O8, it's probably Bart's best game.

Would be great to see some O8 on LATB. I guess it would be better with both of you in the booth, but would be cool to see one of you on the table also.

You play Stud8/O8 too right Tuch?

I play a ton of stud 8. Grew up playing Stud and pretty much will play any game. That said, O8 is Bart's forte - I'll be listening to him for tips

Are they still doing that promo this month for limit hold em where you get $20 an hour back at 40/80? Thinking of taking a trip.

Finally got around to Friday's episode. That hand where Bart called for the king was epic!

It was sick. Calling for the one action card and it peels off:

Flop:
JT6

Turn:
K

Three way allin w/:

AQ
Q9
K2

1st river: 4
2nd river: 3

@5/5 $5 ante AQo scoops a $11k pot.

I LATB!

Mr T promo is down to $15 per hour this month. Still not bad. Must play 20 hours to qualify.
