This is an angleshot, right? (LATB hand)

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=G0X2TNs4hGk
Player bluffs river and says "Two pair" just as opponent looks like he's about to call

AND he showed his hand after lol

shorthand is calling it an angle and its hard to argue since ron quick flashed him the 9h while misdeclaring "straight" (iirc). but in reality its gamesmanship and ron is a dream to have at any table. every "LA pro" who saw this hand just laughed at what an easy call it was once ron did these obvious shenanigans out of turn. it happens a lot in LA mid/low stakes. ron showed the hand because its just standard stuff to him, not cheating or an angle in any way, no different than checkraising or bluffing.

Semi-serious OT question;

Has JJ Delagarza had a partial lobotomy or traumatic brain injury in the past?
He seems so child-like and oblivious to adult behavior.

^ Don't see this at all, sorry. Some folks assume a bit of a "character" when on camera. Others stay reserved and totally laid back , like Limon for example.

I probably shouldn't give you the time of day. I play at Commerece casino 5 days a week. I would love for you to tell me this in person. (99 percent chance you will not). Internet warriors/ trolls/ that love to stay anonymous and hate.

semi-serious OT question;

people with lobotomy's and brain injuries lose basic body functions and were put into those conditions due to misfortune. you're fortunate enough to have the capability of typing words in a forum and you type that. was it worth 1 minute of your life to type that in a Live at the Bike forum? if you really were concerned about his mental health and possible social awkwardness, PM him.

or are you just looking for attention here?

or free rolling to see if random internet forum readers agree with you here?

if no one agrees with your post, you are quite possibly a huge minority of 1 out of 7 billion.

only problem is that means tons of "checking it down". And the rest of the table was uber nits. I didn't see the guy next to Harry play one hand. Someone needs to teach these kids to get off their phones and be a part of the social experience. How would they like it if Harry just says F you guys and some nitty prop type sits down in his place? Would they even know?

I've started watching and enjoying this on Poker Central on Wednesdays the past 2 weeks, after not watching for a few years. It was a 2/5 game and I'm interested in going on the show and playing in this game. How would I go about doing that?

Go to liveathebike.com, look at the calendar to see what games are planned, if any have seats and then send an email to LATB to get a seat.

Great! The schedule for October isn't up yet but I'm thinking maybe the first or second Wednesday.

It will be nice to take a small roadtrip to play in this game and get away from the typical Wednesday night Vegas low stakes games.

Sad to see Nichoel leave LATB.
Quote:
Dear Subs, Viewers, Players, & Friends ~

I wanted to let you know that I have had to make a very tough decision this month. That tough decision is this … this will be my last month (hence, my last week) on the LATB team.

Since school started for both my little ones this month, life has been way too hectic and stressful. Working late nights for LATB and then getting up early mornings with the kids and seeing them pretty much never (or for a whole 45 minutes a day each morning) has left me too stressed and not myself.

I am a person that believes 100% that you should live life fully and without regrets. And I know if I continue on this path, I will end up regretting missing out on these great years of my kid’s lives 🙁

So it is with a sad heart that I say good-bye, for now. Good luck to all and perhaps we will meet again on the “black felt battle field” (right, Abe?!).

Sincerely ~
Nichoel
Not to be a complete kiss-ass but Limon is an essential part to me viewing an episode, and Nichoel was 2nd. Everyone else is fine, but their commentary/chemistry/personalities are a big part of why I watch a random $5/5 cash game in LA from my couch in the Midwest

Well Damn. I certainly understand her situation , and it is the totally right thing for her to do for a while. Still it will leave a hole in the LATB shows that won't easily be filled. Good luck to you Nichoel.

PS Maybe a guest appearance from time to time?

You're right, I apologize. I was drunk posting like an idiot and I'm an admitted huge douche when I get drunk.
I'm planning a trip out in the spring and have no problem apologizing in person. I hope my comment didn't get to you too much. Keep doing you bro.
