After the early jibes, Gabe pays Durrrr high praise by likening him to Stuey.

I don't know... I think it was probably the right fold given the stack sizes there.

Anyone know Barry's stack size? If he had less than 150 or so on the turn I think it was a bad fold.

Anyone watch this?
Dwan makes amazing bet in 3 way pot against Eastgate and Greenstein.
Board 2 10 2 7, dwan has Q 10, Barry has AA and Eastgate has 4 2. Dwan bets over 100k forcing both to lay down hands and then says he knew Eastgate had the best hand with the 2! Commentators compare him to Stu Ungar. This kis is amazing. Doesn't even look like he can grow a beard yet. lol..

what is he giving Dwan credit for there? he shouldn't be narrowing Tom's range so much that trips is not a call there.

I don't know anything about anything in poker but I can't believe:

(a) Eastgate folded
(b) Barry folded once Eastgate folded
(c) That Dwan knew exactly where he was in the hand and correctly anticipated (a) and (b)

the fact that durrrr made that play and then basically anounced where he was in the hand and bet doyle on it is what makes it unreal. that honestly maybe the best hand i have ever seen. he knew barry had kk or aa and eastgate folded 2x. soul read imo

wow awesome hand.

I don't blame Eastgate's fold nor Barry's fold.

whats interesting to me is whether Durr was already trying to bluff on the flop when he raised to like 38k. I believe if the flop came out like T88 instead of T22, Durrr would have probably folded flop.

I haven't given it much thought, and clearly these guys are better than me. But they have like 350 thousand behind. If Eastgate calls he's completely turned his hand face up (and knows it). His hand is almost impossible to play on the river. Durr is in position to give up a large percentage of time if he's bluffing and save himself any more money. A small amount of time Durr can continue his bluff and make Eastgate make a tough decision. If he isn't bluffing he's going to make another value bet on the river to make more money.

On top of that Barry was still behind Eastgate and can't be completely ignored.

I think Eastgate made the right decision.

What's the over/under on Tom Dwan going broke? Kids like that just don't last long. He's already down 3.5million this year online.

Everyone in the hand seemed to play it well, except maybe Barry OTF when he could've just folded to Dwan's raise and Eastgate's overcall, if he intended to c/f a blank turn. He may have been thinking, "Dwan's range is air / monster, and he won't fire ANOTHER shell with Eastgate in the pot, will he ?" but then you have to assign Eastgate a range, and that's probably 2x/FH.

Obv from that play you can see why Dwan (other than results) is one of the best deepstacked NLHE players around

I don't know what dwan's bankrol isl, but I'm guessing he pissed well over 50% of it away in the last 2 months online with his fancy play syndrome. So I don't think his grandkids are gonna get the opportunity assuming he ever has grandkids.

Say Eastgate calls turn, river is a blank, Eastgate checks, do you think he fires river?
