Fair enough; I'd not thought about the different tiers of channels, but meanwhile, if it's so important, why not pre-empt your premiere channel?
Also, I realize that it will be shown again and again (and again), but I'd really prefer to see it before I see next week's show, which will no doubt be pre-empted by another catastrophic event.
Last, this would not have pissed me off as much if I was watching live and had a chance to change the channel. The DVR does not get these cues.
