I sure would have....what was it......102 to 41 mill in chips with 28 million on the line heads up? But with that lead I am not sure there was an appropriate split...he's not going to play with a 2x chip lead for even a 16/12 split I doubt..so sick though.....

Agreed. Its also not like its a fictional movie where the ending could be ruined .. its news.

I frequently tape sporting events if I am busy but what I wouldn't do is log onto a website dedicated to sports and than get pissed when I find out who won. If its that important to you than just watch the DVR before logging onto 2pl2.

Lost all respect I may have had for him. The guy can't even wear shoes and needs a chest pillow so he can lean on the table! When I saw that crap I was pulling for somebody else.

Who knows, but I kind of feel like no deals were made. I doubt Einhorn would make deals, being a billionaire and all. Then when it got heads-up Esfandiari had 2,5:1 chiplead, so it's kind of stupid to make deals for him.

I dont. I would not be surprised he has 30% or even more of himself. He did say he is taking a huge gamble with this one, and we know he can afford it. If I had to bet I would take over 20%

Re: congrats antonio esfandiari on winning the worlds biggest sports prize

Anyone complaining about spoilers is being stupid.

as others have pointed out, going to the TV section of a poker forum before you watch the dvr is like going to espn.com after the NBA finals, and complaining that espn "spoiled" who won.
