Got sick of reading this thread, so I skipped to the reply. Seems to me like the OP is not only hating, but also being fairly ignorant/stereotypical.
Plus I enjoy the British enthusiasm for their mates at final tables. Definitely the most exciting rails to be around. Last year I was on the rail for Moorman's 10k 6max final table, and it made me want to get ****faced and clang glass mugs together with those crazy British dudes.
Mates gonna mate, so stop the hate!!!

It's not generalizing about the whole population, obv. It's talking about a small subsection of it. British sports fans that travel abroad are frequently an embarrassment.

This, we are notoriously shameful when it comes to sports' fans' behaivours. Especially in regards to football (soccer), then again, not many countries have largely civilised football fans. Anyway, the British railing in Vegas does tend to get a bit much from what I've seen, most famously at the Cody v Timoshenko hu final table, but it doesn't bother me that much, nor is it an embarassment per se. Railbirds generally are too loud and rude, but it's to be expected.

You can say this about any race, nationality, or whatever, but I think it's an unfair general assumption. Like what's your sample size, do you travel to worldwide sporting events frequently? LOL
