May I quote:

Full Tilt Poker's Million Dollar Cash Game will air on Sky Sports in the UK in January 2010 featuring commentary from Full Tilt Poker pro Robert Williamson III.

I think shortly after that you should be able to watch it on pokertube or youtube.

It makes for great TV, but wake me when these guys are playing with their own money instead of being staked.

actually, I'm not sure, but maybe fulltilt is staking ivey since he is wearing their garb for the show? i'm just repeating what others have said to me. but i wouldn't be surprised if these guys are not playing with their own money on these shows. why assume they are?

Have you seen Phil Ivey play?
Only thing he cares about is gambling and gambling big, why should he get staked? Full tilt is his sponsor but I'm pretty staking Phil Ivey is not a good deal for both parties.

Full Tilt: How can they know Phil will be on his top game if he gets staked? The stakes Ivey plays makes this a pretty big risk for Full Tilt, not even he is worth millions of dollars

Phil Ivey: Yeah I'm sure he's thinking "yeah I've been gambling for all my life and most people think I am the best in the world. I am also filthy rich and can crush most of the big stakes out there. But now it's time to get staked!"

No. it would be -ev for Phil and a risk too big for Full Tilt.

Pretty sure their deal is 100% rakeback on Fulltilt and paying expenses to all the big tournaments and some other stuff.

I did the commentary for the Million Dollar Cash game and I can tell you...they are NOT staked. If they were, the play would be completely different.

They are all playing with their own money....and yes, it was sick!

Almost the same thing happened last year with Durrr against Benymine.

Durrr turns the wheel and at the same time Manboobsamine makes higher straight.

Think it was like 400K pot or something.
