Standard Cbet for value here. When he calls I think his range is a pair on the board, maybe under pairs, a straight draw of some kind, floats with 2 overcards and potentially 99/1010 but I feel they would raise here so less likely.

Following my flop read, I feel betting here folds out a lot of his draws and weaker pairs, whereas checking allows villain to bluff, where I can then c-raise, or if he checks behind I can more easily get value on the river.

Hero bets 11 BB, MP+2 raises to 26 BB, Hero?
Considered going for a c-raise on the river for the same as my reasoning on the turn, but after his turn check I feel his range is more weighted to pairs and under pairs so would lose value from a check behind, whereas they may call a small bet.
As played I wasn't sure whether to call on the river. I don't think the Q hits his range all that much and doesn't complete any obvious draws other than backdoor hearts. I rarely think he's bluff raising in this spot so my real question is what is he raising for value here? Thoughts?
