TP against donk? TP against donk?

7$ 6max session, what is my play on this flop? Villain is a fish, i think that isolation pre is std. I was ready to fire a cbet but his full pot donk bet seems strange to me. I don't want to call on the flop and fold most turns (without good turn card for me) so I decided to fold. I think he will be strong pretty often here. He is 55/35 agg%33. 20 hands.

If you were just trying to steal then the raise needs to be larger.
When it gets back to MP, there's 143 in the pot and he needs 55 to call = 2.6:1
A 55/35 is going to call those odds with a wide range.

OTF - the psb looks like an overpair afraid of the flush draw but a loose player could easily have air here.
You have top pair/weak kicker, on level 1, so I'm not committing a load of chips in this spot.

    TBH
I think J9o is too weak a holding to attempt a steal from such a loose player.
You're on the the first level so folding pre is fine.

I would call and re-assess ott. You'v connected too heavily to fold to one bet. Donkeys at this level take weird lines and villain here can have a draw only. You block better TPTKs and a made straight. Even if villain has two pair you have nine outs and great implied odds. If you miss ott and villain barrels with a decent sizing let it go.

    +1 to calling as played.

Pre-flop how about limping behind and trying to play this 3-4 way in position with 74BB behind each player for if we hit hard? Or is this hand just too weak?
