OOP 200 BB in an inflated pot really sucks in general - BTN would seem to have an uber-tight range (QQ+/AK?). Even if he has JJ, on a lot of boards (like this one) you may have to put your whole stack in to find out if it's the 1/3 pairs that you beat. If he has AK unimproved on the flop, you may have to call a big bet to find out if he's going to slow down. You probably don't have set odds even 200 BB deep (he won't pay you off sometimes, even when you flop set and get it in you lose 200 BB a % of the time).
I.e., play the playa and his position, fold PF as odd/bad as that may seem. Calling and C/Folding if you don't set flop is probalby okay too (i.e. if he'll check behind his missed AK sometimes and you can play from the Turn on, etc.).
