Hello fellow grinders

Im working on my overall strategy at the moment and one thing i particually want to improve is raising more from the late positions (co/button) .

I figured that i would be more profitable raise/folding a lot more against villians who 3 bet and coldcall "to little"..

I also think i have to make a balanced range anginst regs that contains more hands i can raise/call ....

And a strategy for people that 3 bet og coldcall 2 much...

Now my question is :

What is 3 betting too little/ to much mean in % in todays games ?

To little i guess is under 5 ?
Somewhat unexploitable between 6-10 ?
Too Much is more than 10 ?


Same question regarding coldcalling - what is considered too little or too much ?

I figure something like 3-4 % 3 betting is normal TAG regish but other than that im a little lost here.... I only have my own database to go with and its simply too little to figure this out ...

If someone can tell me how to work this out myself id be happy to put in the work ...

Better look at what ppl are defending from the blinds (mostly bvb & against btn/co), not at their overall 3b/cold call, these stats aren't really useful cause they include entirely different spots with entirely diff ranges.

Finding an overall strategy won't work, it's the other way round: You successively develop a feeling for ranges if u learn from specific spots against specific players, so if u want that, post a specific hand
