i normally play on 0.50c sngs and when it get toward the finally few players and big blinds are high, players tend to go allin alot.

do you just call with common sense
or do you only call when you have premium cards?

Calling only premiums is way too tight, you gonna blind down that way most of the time. Read about ICM, get ICMizer(or equivalent) and check some spots with it to get a feel for your calling/shoving ranges in different situations. Sometimes you should call/shove with most of your range and sometimes only premiums it's very situational. In general 10bb or less you should be in push/fold mode so going all in is normal thing when blinds are that high since you don't really have playability postflop.

Yes, you should avoid going all in. If your never all in, you can never bust out. Best of luck with that one though!

study up on push/fold/call charts

youll deff have to start making some loser calls.... based on your opponents range

obv if he never jams.... then hes not shoving any 2 cards... so tighter call ok

but there are spots where your opponent will correctly be shoving any 2 cards.. and that's where youll have to grab your sack and make some looser calls

In addition to the above pay attention which players shove all the time or rarely shove. Also, if you are on the button or CO and its folded to you with tight players behind you should consider shoving yourself to pick up the blinds. Don't shove any two cards but definitely wider than premium.

Op you need an ICM calc so you can get an idea of push fold ranges

Yeah, pretty much this. And what effective stack you start to push/fold also depends on other things like structure of the game you are playing and antes. There is a free calculator on Holdem Resources that you can play around with - you can't enter villain pushing frequency, but you can model most everything else.

And pretty much not this

I only go all in with aggressive calls because I hate folding equity.
