Don't see folding as an option

I would go smaller pre mostly to control pot size on flop, but also to perhaps encourage a few extra calls though this guy probably doesn't care

100/50 is horrible, why should we try to control pot pre? He probably will call with anything. Shouldn't we raise more instead? I think I call flop too

First of all, this looks either like a trap or a spazz raise preflop. Because you said the guy is a donk, im convinced we have his mini-3b-range crushed.
    Two options:
    a) just shove over his 3b pre, pot is almost big enough, hes likely to give action with worse and we dont like to flop A or K
    b) make a big 4b and commit post on any board

As played i would probably blockbet call otf, since we narrow his range if we make a normal sized bet or even a shove. Also having the 3 spades out makes this spot nice, bc he may be tempted to shove over our block just having a single spade or a lower pocket-pair.

I think i would prefer always option a, since i don't like to be committed on an A-high flop having QQ.

at first I also was thinking about str8 shove on his 3bet...but first thing that give me reason not to do that was his min-3bet, that 4bet shove would be to much I think...then when I saw his stast, I wanted him to call and get maximum from him so I choosed 4bet and I was prepared to stack of on most of the non ace flops...b/c I think that with 4bet shove I would loose value from this player...if there would by a reasonable player with solid stats, than at first he would 3bet me more, and I would shove to his 3bet b/c it would look much weaker than 4bet...against this guy I took 4bet line...otf I went for c/r...I thought that even if he hits that ace he would either check and give me one freecard or he would bet and I was going for c/r-shove with my fd + 2 Q´s for set...

Didn't saw his stats, lol. Anyways im pretty sure he will call a shove pre almost as often as he would call your 4b pre. I don't think its necessary to get fancy vs this guy.

Preflop line looks good to me. If villain has something decent (pp, Broadway's, decent aces) we prob get it allin pre and always on flop if we check to him. If he has garbage he will prob fold to a shove preflop, but never fold to this smaller raise. I would usually then check any flop to induce a shove. Definitely calling on this flop, and expect to have best hand and best draw fairly often.

pretty sure we have 40% equity on flop vs like any non-reg range really and that's good enough here but vs this dude its prob like 60% and I agree monkey the preflop line is pretty nice vs this guy. Maybe he will call our shove with a lot but he's prob easy to spaz him out and stack him post flop with stuff he might fold with if we shove pre. Part of me wonders what would happen if we clicked it back he may have mr- 5 bet and we coulda made it fun for him too
