Pretty lol/interesting to read all the subsidiaries in the creation/running of FT. Imagine AP/UB is the same. Would be fascinating to see the books of it all like Suzzer said.

I mean, other than the few people running it day-to-day, American owners founded a gambling company in the height of the DOJ distaste for internet gambling, the DOJ eventually came to an understanding of those shell structures, and yet Ivey et. al. get a free walk (it appears).

That's some damn good planning/lawyering from the outset, sad to say.

AP/UB is way worse imo but probably not as interesting. Venture into the Cereus thread and read every post by Elevengrover.

Yeah, been following EG and Haley for a while. Some subsidiaries and odd deal mechancis, the Norwegian subsidiary that was supposed to be tax free but now has a huge tax liability, etc., etc. AP seems like a pure exercise in the corporate officers looting the company at the expense of both the players and other owners/shareholders.

Word on the relocation. Makes getting back up and running that much easier. I don't feel as mad for playing mostly on FT instead of Stars in June '11 when the high stakes SNGs on both were super-soft.

Can I use a one time on there being some kind of joint FT/Stars VIP/SNE rakeback program????

Pokerstars wants to speed up the games (as in avoiding players taking too long to act), so I'm going to say this is a long shot. I hope some MTTs will be in a merged network, not all though. Like 3 tourneys every week on Sunday on merged network, a low stakes one, mid stakes one, and the Sunday Million. And then once a year a joint network WCOOP.

its for trials that are dismissed before the verdict. So with prejudice means DJ does apply and wo means its doesnt.
