Official STT Video Thread

Post links to videos of you playing STT here.

This should be a good tool for newbies looking to get some basic idea of how to get started in STT and for players to get feedback on their play. It should be stressed that these videos are made by players of varying skill levels, so you should not take advice in these videos as gospel.

Videos can be made by Camtasia which has a free 90 day trial, or there are other freeware software available that you can find through a google search.

To get things started, here are some videos:

Seriously people, stop suggesting things get stickied. If I stickied every thread that someone suggested should be stickied, the first ten pages of this forum would be stickies.

This has been linked in one of the stickies. People already don't read the stickies, I don't think we need to add more.

I think most people with codec problems would be doing themselves a big favor by dling VLC media player even if you don't plan on using it as ur main player. It never fails to play anything I throw at it, and it's easier than effing around with codecs.

For the record, while I love VLC I occasionally come across films that play better in media player (**** Hungarian pornos), which always seeméd a bit weird to me.

I downloaded VLC and still had the same problem (audio / no video) until i installed that codec. Not sure why though.

Re: Official STT Video Thread

Vers' videos are hilarious. In one, he fourtables 12s while reading his email and networking and bitching about his bad run. He then segues into a discussion about Marxist philosophy with his roommate. Not much poker advice going on but a fascinating insight into Vers' world ;-)
