how about when you're playing satellites with fpp's you should always be awarded the ticket rather than automatically registered into that tourney? As if games over-run or take longer than expected you're stuck in the tournament? even a little pop up box asking if you'd like to go straight into that tournament would be more useful.

love it! (although the overrun is often on purpose so people cannot unregister, so i am sure this will not be picked up...)

The whole point of satellites is to allow the chance of winning entry to the target tournament for a reduced buyin. It is not the point of satellites to offer tickets which are redeemable for cash.


And why does everyone moan about Stars not responding to the thread, when clearly many people don't read it even on the rare occasions when Stars reps do post..... As Steve keeps saying, all this MTT stuff, including satellites and Steps, still belongs in the Stars MTT Discussion thread in MTT Community

Maybe I understand your post wrong, but Stars doesnt give $T for step tickets.

As a general point to steps and satellites, i tried to ask things about it in the MTT forum and nobody there cares about it... it comes up time and again with some interest in this thread and in the MTTSNG thread and its always redirected to the MTT forum where nobody cares for it... Maybe the MTT rep could come over in one of the other forums where people apparently are interested in this?

It also makes perfect sense, an MTT grinder buys into the MTT he wants to play... satellites are there to attract people who would normaly not buy into the advertised tournament... probably stt and mttsng players? Or maybe there could be a new thread dedicated to Steps and Satellites???

what do you mean "structure" i played the 11, 22 and 33 quite extensively so might remember if you clarify

10bb starting stack, no ante and not sure if blinds were 2 or 3 mins. Way less ev imo
