I don't agree with what she says in regards to stretching and flexibility. It is true that pre-workout, dynamic stretches are better than static stretches but she just doesn't know a whole lot about it to just come out and say that stretching is bad for you or useless. At least I now have an excuse to get up every 20 minutes at work

Pretty funny little video and definitely something out of the ordinary for the average viewer. I was going on for 24hrs awake by that point and had done an hour flight and 3hr drive as well as a day at work, and we'd managed to clear a crate of Heineken before we even left Derby's flat, so I think we did ok considering!

Tim needs to change his location to "I'd f**king love to win a million".

Loved the "He spewed it" line from Derby as well!

A+. I have to say, and this to me is really impressive, but I've never been in a taxi in Dutchland where the driver didn't speak english. You have a great society which that is only one small example.

More importantly, omg at the incredibly hot taxi driver in the segment before yours. I may leave my wife and go find her. Amazing.

Strange other observation. My wife and daughter have started using the term "redonkulous" in the past week. Any ideas where that is coming from? I'm not going to bother with trying to explain to them the poker / 2p2 origins/reference, but it does have me curious.

This was pretty popular when I was in high school. It seemed to be a word people just latched on to once they learned it because it sounded cool

pretty embarrassed at that video, was drunk&rambling. Feels kinda arrogant looking back,
