Hello, I am wondering how many of the things in that blueprint are applicable to todays game and is there something similar today that is more up to date?

Have you read Colin Moshman's book?

I think the blueprint is a overview of concepts with 0 depth, Colin's book actually has a lot of examples of hands and gets way more into the details. I'm not saying the blueprint is bad by any means, just take it for what it is, an ebook overview. I think claiming it will help you crush sit and goes is way over-repping what it is.

Can you post more details on the blueprint? Guessing it's rather outdated.

I'm not sure I'd call it outdated, its more of a high level cliff notes version of sit and go theory. It would benefit anyone new to them and for an established player offer little to naught. I think there's enough content in Colin's book to master that its worthy of a second and third reading personally, but I'm biased (I purchased coaching from Colin as a disclosure).

Still don't have any details on the 'Sit and Go theory' being offered by the $16/hr Blueprint, would be willing to analyze it if someone posts the content here.

Re: Moshman, if I remember correctly, when released his book was the gold standard for SNGs. Far and away the best content available. However, the game has evolved considerably since then and so I'm fairly certain it won't help to the same degree that it once did. I don't doubt that it will point readers in the right direction of profitability, but admittedly I haven't read it in 5+ years.

Full disclosure: I lived next to Collin for a while, have appeared on his podcast twice (possibly a third time soon!), and even watched his dog for a weekend.

If you don't rely on stars, this book still prints money.

My own two cents - the guide is helpful if you are brand new to SNGs but it is very general - you are going to need a much more specific strategy to be able to be successful.
