Re: LC: Official study buddy Thread- read OP

BucKLoX here. I'm looking for a study buddy for the micro 18/45 and 180 mans on Pokerstars. Right now I''m in between the jump from 3.25's to 6.50's, and have played several of each.

It's been a rough few days learning how to 20 tabling these things, but I'm starting to get the hang of it with TableNinja. I have pretty solid numbers in the 2.20 180's and hope that it carries over to the $12's when the time comes. I plan on playing hundreds a week over the summer and progressing up the stakes ladder as the bankroll allows-- this week I played over a thousand.

Name's Frnak on Pokerstars. (This was my original account, and after identifying myself via correspondence with stars support, they shut down BuckLoX and are allowing me to play on Frnak since it has more history with the site.)

I also have been playing Stud/Stud8b/Razz combined for a few years now and can help with you on that. These games help you understand overall poker much better.

Skype - BuckLoX
AIM - findtherealx

I dont realy use sharkscope cos you have to pay to get the filters. Is that more acurate? Cos im about 30%ROI (Small sample size (270)) for the 9mans on OPR.

Just checked, did you filter out the MTT Sit n go's cos i suck at them!

Hey folks, I am up for some of this.

Devilwish on Pokerstars. Am up for TeamViewer/Skype sessions whenever to help improve my game. Basically play really micro SnGs (along with a few MTTs, etc), but looking to grind up. Willing to open my game up as well as offer thoughts on yours.

Who's in? PM me for Skype details.

I play the 1.10 turbo DoNs on pstars looking for study buddy on AIM to review hands and the like. I don't mind doing teamview sweat sessions and giving my thoughts on the play.

Just in case you want to SS, ppl2pass on pstars that big line going down was a stupid random shot at a high BI SNG xD

Hi guys! I am new to this kind of thing but I want a group of low stakes sng grinders. I am into sng only half a month, played around 700 6s on FTP with a roi of 19% but running very good .

Any 6max turbo groups active?

Or anybody interested in swapping HH`s with me? I`m lookin for winning 6max turbo-players preferably in the range of 22$-55$.

I play the 33+3$ at tilt atm, about 9% roi over ~4k games, but feel I probably have 50 glaring leaks just waiting to get pointed out. If u wanna be that person, send me a pm

Not strictly stt's but have played and beaten 9man (regular) up to $30. Now playing almost exclusively sng turbo mtt's $2-$12 (45's and 180's) on Stars. Might soon be mixing in a few 9/18 mans too.

I'm looking to up my volume in the very near future to 3k+ games/month. I don't have an abundance of time to sweat/chat hh's etc but I think it'd be good for my game, and perhaps yours.

I'm really looking for solid players who play relatively high volume (300+/month) and have good winning records over a few thousand + games. Please don't bother if you're only managing 20 cents/game at these stakes, we've all been there, but life's too short.

I'd prefer to chat on Skype as I'm not the fastest typist in the world. Feel free to check me out...

Stars: HellNative

FullTilt: hellnative

Just drop me a PM on here and I'll get back to you.

btw I'm English, but if you're American/Australian I can easily adapt the times I'm on etc on most days. If you're English then all the better!

Been playing 9-man 6.50s and 12s on FTP with marginal success, but feel like my ROI is still not what it should/could be. Looking for a group/buddy to discuss and improve with.

FTP name is wtfmissile if you want to sharkscope, games from before 500 game mark was from like years ago.

Have PT3/SNGWIZ, skype/msn/aim etc. Please PM if interested.

Re: LC: Official study buddy Thread- read OP

Hi

I'm looking for someone to chat strategy, swap ideas, possibly even HHs and reviews etc etc. Preferably someone of a similar skill level looking to move up through the STTs/MTTs alongside me :

I play full table only (9 man).

In terms of STTs, I am winning $5 + 0.50 player on Stars, am looking to move up to $10 + 1 fairly soon (once I have met my own bankroll requirements).

However, I have played a lot of MTTs and am a winning player at these as well (freezeouts/rebuys from $3 to $20).

Aside from Stats, I also regularly play on iPoker (10 man STTs) and Full Tilt (MTTs - yet to check out their STTs but prefer Stars for STTs due to their better FPPs system).

Please email me at sitdownmich@hotmail.com if interested (put Two Plus Two or something poker related in the subject line as I get a lot of junk mail) and we'll sort out best way to communicate and further details from there...

Looking forward to some mutual learning!

Mich

Re: LC: Official study buddy Thread- read OP

Hey guys,

I play the $60-$235 6 max SNGs on Stars. I love the 6 max games, I think they are a really untapped form of the game and I would love to talk strat with someone at a similar level to me. Only problem really is the player pool is so small, I could end up talking to one of my regular opponents.

I play mainly turbos but also non turbos, only 6 max. If anyone wants to do the odd skype session and review hands together, drop me a PM

Re: LC: Official study buddy Thread- read OP

I'm a noob to 2+2 looking to plug holes in my 2.25 games on full tilt.

I think I'm pretty good but sometimes I just do dumb things which are probably obvious to someone else.(lots of home game live xp with great players-one guy has won 4 wsop main event seats this year.. and plays 4 $200 sng tables at once-)

Looking to bankroll enough to get to $5 games this year.

I don't play a high volume maybe 2 or 3 a day at most. I do one $1.25 deep stack a week if I feel like it.

PM me or contact me on aim: utburner.
