LC: Official study buddy Thread- read OP

Man that title sounds lame.

Anyways, this post by Mugenjin turned into a lot of requests for study partners, study groups, and the like for low buy in SNGs of varying sorts. You can refer to the link for the old thread if you want to see people already interested (near the middle and bottom), but otherwise, you can list yourself as available here, the stakes that you play, if you want just one on one friend to IM with or you want to start a group email thing, etc etc....

After you've established any contact with someone that you're interested in working on your game with off-forum, you are obviously still welcome to bring hands back and discuss strategy here with our community, but PLEASE, keep it to that. Do not start *more* threads about study groups or more about breaking even over 500 games while in the midst of intensely studying, having been around here for a while, etc etc.... as it just won't do you any good, usually serves as forum clutter, isn't valuable to too many people because of the repetitiveness in their nature, and will probably just get locked on site. The point is, if this thread has served its useful purpose as a listing/intro thread, great, take it to PM and off forum means to continue your SNG study-buddy system, however you have it set up for yourself. Good luck everyone!

I'm down. Mostly playing the 11s. Willing to partner with individuals or small groups (4-5 others).

Re: LC: Official study buddy Thread

As in the other thread, I play the $13 and $26 6-max turbo's, but I'm in the process of switching over to the $16 full ring turbos (on stars). I've gotten some interest about this already, so a few more people that play about the same level would be great.

PM me if interested.

I'm game as well. Currently building roll back up after bad downswing, but play 2s, 5s and occasionally 6s on FTP.

AIM or email is good, 3-5 people. AIM is Doublezdown (no dash).

So far it looks like flopt0n , Bren , 3tm13, Doublez-Down , bkreezy08, are all interested as well as a few others I haven't gotten back to . I'll be sending mails to everyone who's contacted me to try and get things organised.

Re: LC: Official study buddy Thread

I am interested. I play the 6.50's on stars. I would like to move to the 16's by next year. I am an ok winner at the 6.50's but i get crushed at the 16's so I decided not to play anything but 6.50's for the rest of the year.

A study group would be helpful for all of us.

Re: LC: Official study buddy Thread

I just switched over to regular speed stts and i am playing at the 11 dollar level on stars. I couldn't spend tons of time on this, but if anyone would like to swap 1 or 2 HH every 3-4 days i would be up for that. regular speed tournaments only tho.

Re: LC: Official study buddy Thread

I'm interested too.
I play the 16's on PS.
Can't spend too much time on it either (at least on the next 3 weeks).

Re: LC: Official study buddy Thread

I play the 6.50s on full-tilt...not sure if it would really matter, but it sounds like pretty much everyone else plays stars. Still interested, just not sure how much time I could put into it...if we got like 4-6 people who all played primarily 6.50s together on AIM or whatever and somehow all linked into a replayer (is that possible) and made comments that might work.
