folding pre is out of the question with a hand this strong. and by jamming pre, all the icm pressure he was applying to you in the 3bet scenarios you can now apply to him. therefore, I think jamming pre is best.
Interesting way of thinking about. I suppose i never considered that as a possibility, but yeah when you explain it the way you do you are kinda right. I dont know about X/call, because we arent gonna be cbetting enough, and on a K high board, thats just gonna seem stupidly weird. Obvs not folding pre, i suppose i just thought say he does stick it in with pocket 10s pre... then we're flipping in a massive scenario, which just doesnt feel right stack sizes and payout sizes considered. Also tbf there were some pretty short stacks at the table, so i dont know whether he would necessarily be opening as wide as you suggest. I do kinda agree with you though
