Re: $indabank111 and Bigbluffzinc

Yeah looks ridiculous 666 thanks for the update lol.. Pretty sure he's using registration software and wasn't paying attention or something but again by this point it looks ridiculous - It was probably 5 games because I immediately stopped loading.. But its not like we sit there and manually register for games...

Re: $indabank111 and Bigbluffzinc

You cannot blame bigbluffzinc for anything rens, he disclosed his relationship with stars support and they went ahead to give a green light, i dont know what he could have done, even made this thread out of his own and i think thats very good so there is a precedent to be made,

how should stars enforce this rule these days, there is so much staking going on, I dont think emailing people as soon as you send a chunk of money to ask if there is a business relationship is a bad idea, i actually like it, because if they see no, and it ends up to be true you can held them accountable for it. It will also clear things up because I'm almost positive other big stakers play in the same games as their horses...

fwiw the biggest mistake here is stars support for not enforcing there own rules when someone seeks information about it through support emails

Not to hijack this thread but I'm almost positive other big stakers take over the games of their horses. Whether through team viewer or other such methods this seems obvious to me in low to mid stakes MTTs.

I'm not sure I play with either of these guys but I do commend bigbluff for coming forward with this and clearing up the issue.

Re: $indabank111 and Bigbluffzinc

I think ghosting is on a whole other level and outright cheating if you ask me, but again, how can you enforce it.

Does stars enforce this rule and ban players when you prove that they were ghosted with skype logs or whatever? It is also a good subject to talk about because I think this is happening more and more that standard 17/12 guys turn in to 3/4bet monsters when an endgame nears...

Re: $indabank111 and Bigbluffzinc

I think there have been guys who were bragging on facebook and such about MTTs they won when their main account didnt win, and stars hasnt done anything. I think if theres an IP change or they detect remote access or something they ban, but not just peoples games drastically changing. IDK, i guess its a pretty tough spot for them cause they want to err on the side of not banning innocent people.

Kinda funny that I(we) have been been discussing to death the slight edges that could be gained from OP and his horse softplaying bubbles when MTT ghosting is hugely profitable and most likely widespread. There was a post in MTTC(i think) a week ago about someone offering to stake a horse in a 1k scoop but only if he agreed to be ghosted if he got deep.

Re: $indabank111 and Bigbluffzinc

I thought ghosting wasn't against tos or have they changed that rule?

And I thought sitting in the same game as your horse was? I never sit in the same game as one of my horses because of the risk of stars freezing my account on suspicion of foul play even if there was none.

Stars emailed me indicating they'd be updating this thread with their position on at least the issue regarding me..

Re: $indabank111 and Bigbluffzinc

weird, $indabank doing something shady again

prob missed it, but why are you staking him to begin with? you seem to have integrity, clearly he doesn't. this reflects very poorly on you.

you may have good intentions but this absolutely cannot be allowed.

THEN I requested an investigation of my play confirming I wasn't soft playing.. NOW we're here...
How long have you been playing together? What prompted you to request Stars do an investigation now? Is there a reason for you to request Stars investigate possible soft playing other than to have their report as corroboration for possible future accusations?

Idk how any poker player could feel comfortable sitting at a table where one player is backing another. If there isnt an actual conflict of interest, there sure as hell seems like there is.

Jax you're missing the part where his stakee had admitted to opening a total of 7 (making 2 at a time after being caught first times) accounts to collude with himself against others in sngs on FTP.

Re: $indabank111 and Bigbluffzinc

Yeah i didnt read that particular thread. I inferred form this thread that OP was getting an opinion of playing with his stakees in general. I would not want to sit at a table with 2 players having a financial agreement of any kind.

OP should not be able to sit with anybody he has a staking arrangement with, period. Even if his intentions and actions are kosher, it still leaves the door open to other staker/stakees being able to sit together and those might have a little more nefarious motives.

I just now read a few posts in the stakee's coming out thread. A definite past cheater. I dont mind giving second chances for those that paid for it. But it doesnt seem he has done any penance yet.

Op if you want to stake a guy with a history of cheating, that is on you. But you should expect this relationship to tarnish your image and to be scrutinized way more than others without a relationship with a cheater, only fair. As clean as your games might be with him sitting with stakee is bs, his history is not a consideration in forming my opinion.
