Re: $indabank111 and Bigbluffzinc

I don't care how many players you are staking. I'm not talking about people you have coached or friends only people you have a financial interest in. Bottom line you should not be playing a sng with someone you are staking, clearly a conflict of interest. If you want to play the hypers yourself then you need to stop backing $indabank.

Re: $indabank111 and Bigbluffzinc

"As I've indicated my own involvement in games with less than 90 players will likely be non-existent outside of Heads Up regardless of Pokerstars ruling."

Excerpt from the quote that I had to re-post to you once already... please don't ask the same question again...

Re: $indabank111 and Bigbluffzinc

"My current backer (bigbluffzinc) and I are blocked from playing in each others games. We sent you an email alerting you to the fact that we have this business relationship and this was done in order to let you know that we had and still have no intention of soft playing each other in any way.

At the moment when we both want to play our main game of choice, hyper turbo sngs, we are not able to get in the volume we want due to this restriction. I would appreciate it if you could review our situation and lift the ban that stops us from registering in each others games.

Thanks you"

This was $indabank111's email to Pokerstars, so we did specifically inform them of our backer/backee relationship for the record. Prior to this email as it indicates we had requested a block, apparently we were cleared in some way with their knowledge of us as backer/backee. I requested an audit of my play to ensure I was playing accordingly and feel I've exhausted myself in alerting the community as to my behavior so we could draw the best conclusions. As I have already stated this won't alter my future plans due to the way this has been interpreted by a significant enough portion of the community, but I feel very comfortable with how I handled the situation from start to finish.

Re: $indabank111 and Bigbluffzinc

So what happened? You got blocked today and $indabank sent that email (in that case, why did he request to unlift the restriction?)?

Or did you actually get restricted a while ago? In that case, why did you hold that back until now?

This has been really confusing, why don't you just send an email to Stars that goes something like"Hey, I will be grinding the high stakes 1 table hypers a lot and one of my stakees will be doing the same, this is $indabank111. We have no intention of soft playing each other but in the TOS it states that 2 players with financial intrest in each other cannot be in the same SNGs. What is the procedure to deal with this?"

Re: $indabank111 and Bigbluffzinc

Lol yeah sorry for the confusion...
Summary: We requested to be blocked ages ago (The email I've included in this thread previously)- it didn't work well for us because of his volume/lobby space he occupied, so we requested to be unblocked (The email he sent above) - Since then weve been playing together... THEN I requested an investigation of my play confirming I wasn't soft playing.. NOW we're here...

Due to the sentiment of some of you guys - I personally won't be playing in the games of players I work with, I've forwarded all this information including the thread to Pokerstars so they can revisit how they make decisions regarding this/hopefully revisit their position on backing/profit sharing in games with more than 1 table.. But yeah that's it, I didn't cheat, I didn't lie to Stars, and I haven't done anything wrong as they knew about me backing him... the end.

Re: $indabank111 and Bigbluffzinc

Ok thanks

Fwiw if Stars is okay with it imo you can go ahead and do whatever the **** you want, even though I wouldn't be comfortable playing in those games, and the actual regs would probably feel the same way...

It's really weird that Stars seems to allow this though, I think/hope they ****ed up somewhere. Either way we deff need a statement from Stars now as we have no idea what Stars their stance on this is.

Re: $indabank111 and Bigbluffzinc

Hmmm - There's a table selection tool I can use that can filter out anyone I stake - If I do continue with STT's this would be my route of choice, in either case there will be 0 games played with myself and $indabank111 in the future. Really don't wanna move out of SNG altogether due to how much work I've put into that aspect of my game

Re: $indabank111 and Bigbluffzinc

Ended up in some of his games, obv an accident given the thread but it was on his end as far as I know - My software was set to avoid him and I don't think his was set to do the same, needless to say I killed the session till he gets on skype... (Expecting Octavian to troll/tool... it was an accident)

Re: $indabank111 and Bigbluffzinc

So wait, and excuse me if i'm wrong about any of this. I do actually like the way you handle this situation.
You send stars an e-mail to get you 2 banned from playing in eachothers games. Then he sends stars an e-mail to get you 2 unbanned from playing eachother because he wants to get to SNE. Then you start a thread in which you find that it is indeed not a good idea to play in eachothers games but he still enters games you are in?
