Unless you have solid information to the contrary you should assign a strong opening range to utg villain. Aside from the questionable call pre this is not a spot to call it off over 3 streets. Villain has sized it well to gii otr. What range did you assign villain ott? Dont flat pre with broadway hands if you can't get away post flop when your dominated.

Is this a profitable call pre gto? Do you think you have a specific read postflop where you can exploit your opponent making -ev pre call to a +ev postflop?

Unless the guy is loose aggressive I would fold Pre. However if he is loose and aggressive i would have played the hand the same way you did as you kept all of his bluffs in his range on all streets.
