As long as I play 1 sng i'm doing fine but when i open 4-6 tables and I go HU in one of them and the other tables have blinds around 100/200 or 150/300 I often concentrate on the HU and don't steal blinds on the other tables and just get blinded out.
How do people manage to 24 table these games? you need to be able to know what and when to steal

[after a while of playing/learning (it could be years) you dont think about most decisions because they are automatic and 'printed into your brain', like breathing]
whats already been posted the because becomes automatic after experience and you dont have to think about every single hand ofc you come across hands which require you to read hud stats more carefully and consider icm but alot of the tiMe your folding without having to think which takes milliseconds hence moving to the next table, just gradually move up. best thing you can do is make sure your game is really sound before worrying about tables, no point playing more tables if its not youll just lose money faster then before.
remember it eventually gets to a stage where your game is effected by the tables you play so you want it to be very good to start with
Experience at the game youre playing and experience multitabling are important. So is innate quick fire mental abiliity. Noone is going to be able to 24 table at a similar roi to what they can 8 table. But the key is losing a small enough part of your edge that your hourly will be higher.
Get really comfortable at the game youre playing and slowly add tables and eventually youll be bored if you have less than 15 tables going.
The more study you do away from the table the less you need to think about at the table.
This is good advice. It helps build up the 'unconscious competence' that others have mentioned. Learning away from the tables makes (and saves) you valuable $ at the tables.
I would also add some people are definitely better at multitabling than others so don't feel you have to be playing 10+ tables or whatever.
I'm in the "not very good" at multitabling group so I stick to playing my 2-3 tables, but I try and make up for that by taking lots of notes and really watching the other players when I'm not in a hand. That way my winrate should be a bit higher than most masstablers to hopefully make up for it as best I can.
And +1 to studying your game away from the tables. When it gets to push-fold, I'm trying to have a predefined calling range vs the villains at my table before they actually shove IYSWIM. And that can only come from playing around with ranges in SNG wiz
most sng regs like timmy said manage to play buncha tables cause they are awful and just sit there and nit their faces off for their ****ty hourlies cause hey its easier than getting a job or learning how to play poker right
In all reality the better you get at sngs the more tables you can add but focus on moving up imo then adding tables
