nice half decade bump. Answer is B, no issue. You are paying eleven buckulickas from your pockets, from that amount the % that is rake is 9.......... blah cetera

Rake is 9.09%
Fee is 10%
The title asks about rake - which is money removed (e.g. 5% of a total cash game pot) rather than fee, which is money added on (e.g service fee).
Which is more useful depends what you are using it for, but obviously don't confuse them.
