5 people left Hero has roughly 30k villian has me covered. Villian playing pretty standard not getting out of line much. Everyone else is really tight. Been opening almost every unopened pot, pretty much doubling without showdown. Blinds 400 800. I make it 2k UTG+1 with K9 villian flats on the button. SB and BB fold. Flop 9 3 2 2 hearts.

I check folded two hands in a row on similar flops against same person. I check villian bets 1.5k i raise to 7k villian tank calls. Turn comes 10h.

What is the best play on this turn card?

How big is villain's stack? How big are the other three stacks? How long 'til the blinds increase?

For how many hands have you been moving at every pot? Have you been taking pots preflop or postflop? Do you look weak or aggressive postflop?

other 3 stacks have roughly 30k dont remember exactly. its more of a winner take all sng where heads up you can make a deal. Villian is cl without about 50k. Im not exactly sure when the blinds increase but we were playing 12 min blinds so pretty turbo. I started being more aggressive last level, winning mostly preflop havent showdown many hands.

This is a like a weekly game i have played with almost everyone there cept villian first time.

If you look aggro then why not just cb? I think c/r can put you in lots of awkward situations on heart & overcard turns given stack sizes because if we want to bet again we're pretty committed. Vs a standard villain I can't see c/r, cb with 9x being profitable. Check & evaluate based on his action but honestly I'd probly just bail but I'm def a lil too tight post flop so take that fwiw.
I think without any dynamic, just stick to a standard line, cb flop for sure & then re evaluate on the turn given whatever texture comes up.

Not real fond of your preflop raise. If I was going to raise with K9o from the cut off to try and steal the blinds, then I would remember that when it didn't work and just try to keep the pot small or let it go.

I was raising any unopened pot. It was basically a heads up battle with me vs villlian with dead money from the other 3 players thats how tight they play.

and to the check raise. Since in a way my pre flop raises were basically a bluff. i would basically check fold if i miss and out of position and fire out a cbet if in position no matter what if checked to me . I know against normal competent opponents this is very exploitable, but no one was really catching on so i kept doing it. the check raise was kind of to balance all my check folding. Probably was better to cbet though in retrospect.

If the other 3 are dead money, you might not want to raise villains button. Bet or c/c are both fine on the flop. Checkraise is unnecessary, specially if he has been firing away at pots when checked too. As played bet small on turn too get value from worse 9's, hope you don't get raised.

Btw, raising pre and then check-folding oop everytime you miss is a pretty big leak.

I completely understand that it is horrible strategy against the average player. But poker is also about adapting to ur opponents. And my raises preflop were getting enough folds that it was profitable enough for me to not attempt to bluff with not much equity out of position. I realize check raising was rly bad esp since I can just pick up chips preflop with little risk. After check raising it's weird if I bet too much I commit myself. If I bet too small looks kind of weak and i would level myself into a call. Misplayed the hand the pretty bad
