Hey guys this hand was played versus a '' friend '' that stoped speaking with me after i walked throw the blinds, very professional ha? lol

Here's the explanation. Guy on BB is sitting out. some ideas?

    Current round.
    IF

i raise, i get 216 chips and we get HU ( generally )

    IF

    i fold, SB keeps 18 + 216 chips = 234

    NExt round ( 2 )

    i push

    (BB) folds Atc
    462 - 120 - 12 = 330 chips

    (Sb)
    234 - 60 - 12 = 162

    next round (3)

    (sb ) fold atc,

    330 - 12 - 60 = 258

    (BT)

    162 - 12 = 150

    Next round ( 4 )

    Bt

    bt limps

    258 - 120 = 138

    Bettinglife pushes

    bb folds

    150 - 120 - 12 = 18

    bt folds atc.

    Next round ( 5)

sb all in with 18 chips

    BB with 138 chips
    decided.

Conclusion: if i was pushing on Sb Ev of play would be much smaller, would you guys agree?

I don't see how it helps you to keep him alive if your opponent knows you're keeping him alive... The entire advantage of a mid stack waiting for a shortie to bust is based on the fact that he's going to be forced all in before you are. If you are ensuring that the short stack will never lose there's no advantage in him playing anything other than Cev vs your shoves.

changing your game plan in a sng because it is your friend is a horrible thing to do.

He is going to be forced all in before him? even if u keep him alive?

I said if he knows you that you're keeping the shortie alive you have no advantage by keeping the shortie alive because your fold equity vs the mid stack is gone due to the fact that he knows he has to get it in before the guy sitting out and he can just play it like it's heads up.

don't want to derail this thread, but you should take a second to consider how unfair it is to everyone else who put their own money on the line to play a fair game, and how bad it is for someone to intentionally do something to benefit their friend at the expense of others. from an ethical standpoint if not from an overall view of the integrity of the games.

you'd be a prick to cheat in a game that other people risk their own money on, not because you don't want to piss your friends off. if you don't want to piss your friends off don't play in the same games as them or get friends that aren't going to act like a big pussy if you make good plays against them.

(not at all accusing OP of any of this. just to be clear.)

my point is the shortie will be that short you have no choice the blinds will put him all in, eg ur sb will cover his bb

im so rookie to but i think the walk is pretty fine.

I dont think is unethical, as its a tool of the game, but if against a fella-reg that may be in some future spots against you later it can be a good policy just take out the bb.
