I kinda agree. Wonder if this is cause Eli lost at everything vs peyton growing up and built up incredible tolerance.

Thx for the lols, obv wasnt posting to like advertise myself here or whatever. I'm probably like the 75th best SNGer in this thread anyways

I'm too tired to write a full TR right now, but to say that I was at the game would be a massive understatement.

I worked 100+ hours in the last 8 days, so I need some serious rest but I'll get a TR either here or in SE soon.

Thought SB was a pretty crap and low quality game, such an anti-climax. But I like high scoring games with big plays so obv not my cup of tea. I thought NE lost it because of some shocking missed catches late in the game, the one where Welker dropped the catch on a big play that led to them having to punt the ball back to NY with 4 mins left was the worst.

I'm surprised to hear this, I have only been following NFL maybe 4 years (this year more than others since I live in N America now) but I thought the AFC was waaaay weaker than the NFC this year. Packers, Saints, 49ers - prob the top 3 teams in NFL? The fact that the Giants won from the wildcard on the road was pretty impressive I thought, seemed to me pretty early on that this years SB winner was going to be from the NFC

Re: ***The February **** thread: continuing our takeover of all things awesome***

odd thing just happened to me. i had a really bad muscle spasm in my leg while i was sleeping so i jutted out of bed to walk it off and when i did my ears were ringing like i had just been to a loud rock concert. after a few minutes it went away, both the spasm and the ringing.

i started my juicing yesterday, all fruits and veggies all day, and some grilled chicken for dinner. guess this is a side effect. at least i had a great poop this morning

I used to have really really bad leg muscle spasms after heavy leg workouts, but they can occur randomly too. If it happens more often buy some magnesium caps, it helps against spasms, stress and feeling tired, all pretty good for the avg poker player .

Your ears ringing was just a reaction to the pain, like if you faint from pain, right before you faint you can't hear or see anything. Once got hit in that elbow spot that is supersensitive by a friend, it didn't even hurt that much, but I started seeing those spots you see when you look at heavy light, and they spreaded, until I couldn't see a thing anymore, and I almost couldn't hear a thing anymore either, so I sat down on the ground so I would not fall down or anything, but that was a really weird thing to do so everyone asked wtf is wrong with you? I remember saying "I'm fine, just hold on for a minute" and friends started panicking and saying I was going really pale, but it sounded like they were saying it like 10 meters away from me while they were right next to me.

After about 2 minutes (to me it seemed much shorter, but that's what my friends told me) everything came back and felt ok again, stood up and said lets go. Friends had a pretty horrified look on their face though .

Bit weird though, because if I get punched in the face (it has happened once or tweice ) I never feel faint or any of that ****, quite the opposite, all my senses feel heigthened.

Or my body just knew that the streets of NY would be filled with obnoxious giants fans on their way to the parade and it was trying to keep me in bed.

Re: ***The February **** thread: continuing our takeover of all things awesome***

A super iritating phone solicitor called me right now who got my number from a friend who wanted to troll me, and offered me a free day pass to the gym he works in. I told him I already have 2 gym memberships so I seriously doubted I was going to take another one so I wasn't interested. Guy wouldn't hang up and started asking me questions on what I want to achieve etc, kept going for like 10 minutes, I was playing some tournaments at the same time so I was too concentrated to tell him to **** off and just played along. Eventually I faked that I was convinced and that I would like to make an appointment with him, he even told me that I should really show up because he's keeping that hour free so he can work with me.

Obv not going

I really hope he calls me again so I can make another appointment because my car broke down or something . Maybe I should just call him 10 minutes before the appointment and ask him to reschedule it ? Or would that be too evil?

Just ask him if he knows what an ambulance sounds like, and then hang up.
