TLDR: Heads up you calculate your hand's "power index" to see if you should shove or call a shove. Each card is worth face value with J=11, Q=12, K=13, A=15. You double the number of the highest card then simply add the value of the lowest card. If they're suited add 2. If they're a pocket pair, add 22. Then it gives you a table of what your "power index" needs to be to shove with 7BBs, 6BBs,... etc. It seems pretty legit except I think it overvalues hands like Q-2o and undervalues hands like 4-3s.
