connectedness counts more than we thought? connectedness counts more than we thought?

Can someone speak about suited connectedness in all-in or fold situations? I used to follow SAGE for heads up play, but it says "notice how little suitedness counts, and connectedness counts even less", but the newer Nash charts say that hands like 4-3s are good to shove. For example, shove 4-3s for 7 big blinds heads up, it's top 66%. However,SAGE considers 4-3s bottom 10% of hands and a fold. Is 4-3s a top 66% hand or merely more of a top 90% hand?

If you are interested in how much "connectedness counts", u can run different hands/ranges vs hands/ranges to get an impression of that, there are lots of free programs u can do that with, gl.

Stopped reading that article after first sentence btw:

"A poker tournament is often as much about mental endurance and discipline as it is about the cards and strategy."

lol

TLDR: Heads up you calculate your hand's "power index" to see if you should shove or call a shove. Each card is worth face value with J=11, Q=12, K=13, A=15. You double the number of the highest card then simply add the value of the lowest card. If they're suited add 2. If they're a pocket pair, add 22. Then it gives you a table of what your "power index" needs to be to shove with 7BBs, 6BBs,... etc. It seems pretty legit except I think it overvalues hands like Q-2o and undervalues hands like 4-3s.
