Anyone else had a refund from poker stars? I got about £2 returned so I'm guessing it's from £3.50 9man turbo stt. Just wandered who the offenders are!
Shouldn't collusion be quite easy to detect these days with sharkscope integrating collusion checker etc.? Dunno if this is still an issue. Random guess is they caught some bot. But whatever happened, they're not gonna tell you or anyone else, seems to be their policy.

you would have never known if they didnt tell you...
my guess is usually they caught 2 friends/fish playing together and sharing whole card info...witch is actually pretty harmless cause you still have an edge on them even if they are sharing this info
