AKo mid level in Merge DoN

This is from a game that I played yesterday. It was on merge, and this was from the 50/100 blind level. The villian was 18/6

BB: 2,930 (29.3 bb)
UTG+2: 1,275 (12.8 bb)
MP1: 3,255 (32.6 bb)
MP2: 2,125 (21.3 bb)
MP3: 1,275 (12.8 bb)
CO: 1,695 (17 bb)
BTN: 1,165 (11.7 bb)
Hero (SB): 1,280 (12.8 bb)

Preflop: Hero is SB with K A
2 folds, MP2 raises to 200, 3 folds, action on Hero

What do you do in this situation. Do you play aggressive and shove over the top, knowing that you fold out part of his range like medium pocket pairs and potentially get called by hands like AQo that you are dominating. Or do you take a more passive line because of the DoN structure of the tournament?

Interested to hear what you guys think,
Thanks
