This is fine. Turn raise is meh because he's probably not potting any draws aside from TdXd, so I'd probably just c/c and c/c river. Seeing how this guy seems to be playing like an idiot based on his stats you'll probably get value out of some stupid hands by raising though so this line might be optimal vs him.
