Hey, I'm curious as to what I people do ott here. If I lead again should it be a shove? Is there anything to be said for checking?

Villain [48 hands]: 23/16/1.7/13.3

Thanks in advance.

It's a tricky one. with an SPR of approx 2.5 you're definitely committed to this hand so you need to work out the best way to get all of your chips in the middle, which makes me favour an aggressive action. that being said Kh is going to be a scare card for your opponent a lot of the time. I guess it is villain dependent. if they are aggressive i might consider a check to induce a bluff from them, but if they are passive you have to bet, you don't want to see them check behind and a fourth heart come on the river.

Checking turn is bad because it let's villain get free equity with any of his turned flush draws. I'd just put it in on the turn and expect to get called by 55-JJ, obviously some flushes a small % of the time but those don't make up a huge portion of his range so if you see QhJh here it's not as if you made a mistake given so many worse hands pay you. He will have worse kings sometimes too.

Also, I'd go a bit smaller on the flop since it's a board where you don't need to rush to get all the chips in on the turn, you can just make 3 comfortably sized bets.
