$135 Daily Deepstack at Rio
Starting Stack - 5k

Image & Notable hands played before this hand - I think everyone thinks I'm solid, maybe a little loose. Lost half my stack 3betting in BB with KQo to a button raise from a solid villain (The flop-shover), then proceeding to double barrel with air. From that point on I went from 2.5k in chips to 5k after doubling up KK > AQ. Then I made a questionable call in the BB after a 5BB Stack shoved all-in with 4 callers. I had 92dd - flop comes 699r - 2nd to act shoves all in with 77 and I get my stack somewhere up to 17k.

The hand before I raised ATo 2nd position (7 players) and got a flat from a stupid small stack (12 BB...also Villain 1 in hand) - Flop came QJ8dd so I shoved him all in with a double gutter and probable overs - he calls with 45dd and spikes a 4 on the river...so now the hand.

I'm UTG - Blinds 200/400 - 50 Ante - 7 Handed
My stack - 12k - Villain 1 ~9k - Villain 2 - ~5k Villain 3 ~9k

I'm dealt AcAd - Villain 1 is MP1 Villain 2 is CO 3 Villain 3 is BB.

I raise to 800, V1 calls, V2 calls, V3 calls.

(Pot = 3750) Flop comes 357cc
BB Checks, I raise 1800, V1 Calls, V2 Folds, V3 Ships all in for ~8000

I tank call, V1 tank folds.

I want to know what you would have done differently in my shoes. However, what I really want to know is what do you think of V3's shove? I like it personally, and told him right there I thought it was a good play. V1 is very loose/passive, I'm more LAG, and it was a good squeeze opportunity. Its hard to make a call with anything other than sets and JJ+. Even then its still pretty difficult (Obviously not the sets).

Spoiler:
Villain rolls over J5o, shrugs his shoulders, then spikes a J on the river

Just read the first two paragraphs

There are easier ways to play poker

The hand itself has no strat discussion value

In future if you call in front and V hits an out, don't post it here

The only thing I would do different on the flop is not tank, and instead instantly re-ship it.

Pre-flop, your raise should be 1000-1200. If it goes 3 way for 1000 then the pot is more like 4300, your cbet is 3000, and it should be clear that you are never folding here given that V would only a small stack left to shove. Basically sizing eliminates any bluff equity someone thinks they have.

As played, I'm never letting QQ+ go on this board with the stacks in play here. The majority of his range here is semi-bluffs with maybe 20% actually being a set. In response to your question, his shove is lighting money on fire bad. No one is folding here unless they had total air, in which case they should have never cbet with the stacks in play.

Note that even if both V's are in, I think you would still have to call here. Once you make that flop bet, I just don't see how you can back down in this spot, and i'm always making a flop bet here.
