Villain did show aggression when storthand(<5)

Just about 7 hands before this one(I post in 2nd floor). villain made a near pot bet bluf on river with busted gutshotdraw. I never saw him make this big bet with valuehand.
So:
1. As played, can I make a hero call here?
2. Any other comment about this hand, pre/flop/turn?
