There's a guy who works for me and has off and on for like 2 years and I don't think we've ever communicated. Had to leave a message and it was awkward explaining who I am and why he should call me. And it's a very small business.

That reminds me. I had a girlfriend in 7th grade and literally this is literally the only thing I ever said to her:
