Has anybody had a good go at these and been succesful.

I have been playing them for a while and getting about %15 ROI which is pretty good I'd imagine.

Just wanted to hear if anybody else has been grinding them and being succesful in the long run as I am strongly considering moving up stakes and grinding them.
