Is folding AQ here too exploitable, it is at the top of my range for non-flush hands I can have here next to 88, QQ and AA. If so do I have to just sigh call and most likely pay of villain here?

Bet bigger on flop I would go 2/3 pot and same on turn or even jam

As played though I would sigh call but V almost always 80% has flush here

Sigh yes, but without a read sigh fold - there are virtually no missed draws Vs are very rare at this level who try to turn weaker hands into a bluff in this spot

Bet bigger flop to make them pay for the draws, also the turn but the way you played it if he jams river i think you have to fold

I like how you played it, and fold river. Sigh fold and live on.
It is weird that villain never played back on earlier streets. If its a bluff, then so be it you are still ok in the tourney.

Flop sizing looks good but I would bet larger on the turn...not that you were asking.

JT and spades got there. It's a really read dependent spot. Without one telling you this guy runs big bluffs I think it's ok to fold. Having top two is about the same as A2, you're bluff catching. And I don't know how worried I am with being balanced at this limit.

Unless you know villain is capable of turning his weak pairs into bluffs, seems like a sigh fold on the river. You're gonna have to get pretty creative to find a bluff that's not a flush/straight draw that got there, like a QJ/QT/T9 or JJ/TT which most player don't do at these stakes.

On a side note, if villain is a thinking player and good enough to know you don't have very many flushes on this board texture, he could do this with KJ/KTos holding the K of spades as the blocker to the flush and the J/T as the blocker to the straight as well. Pretty narrow bluff range but he's repping a narrow value range as well. Also doesn't help your sizing was small enough that he could float with those type of hands in position.

At the end of the day, it's a gross spot.

Sigh fold river. Flop sizing is OK imo but i would make the turn bigger when its HU.

Your 2p only comes into play if he has a worse 2p and thinks you're on AK/AJ. Otherwise he's either bluffing with a small Ace or got there with a flush or straight. A set would have gotten busy earlier.

I agree with oldgoat that this is a monster far more often than a bluff.
