Somewhat looser table than normal and big stack is kinda loose passive. No other reads.

Excuse me if this hand is standard, but its been bugging me for a while.
ICM says push but it is marginal and I feel pushing A5o UTG in a loose table is suicidal. I actually thought it would be an easy fold before I ran the ICM calculation, thats why its is bugging me. Thoughts?

I've not run this hand, but probably you didn't change villain ranges to something realistic. 'icm' cannot tell you anything if the information entered into it is wrong. Fold imo. You will get snapped off by all kind of crazy crap and this hand is behind all of it. Like 5-6 bb you can ship this in, but icm will still say it is a slightly bad shove.

that BI with those reads id definatly fold this.

Actually id be folding this readless to. you do have fold equity with 8.6bb and if a significant blind increase is imminent then maybe I would shove.

The thing is we are crushed by the peoples calling range and at 1$ buy ins players love Ax hands (or at lease i presume this is still true)

the stats of the button and the bb are important. the button can call you with marginal icm tax so hes tendencies are important.

I use pokertracker 4 and for marginal hands I also run them in ICMIZER. Both gave me push. I did change the ranges, but I may have made them tighter than they were.

That's not really 8.6 bb, ICM is not really a good model to evaluate this but pretty sure it's still a fold unless BB is really nitty and no one else goes out of line. (Looking at BI forget any assumptions I make and do your own )
